Lumara Links keeps cookie use to a minimum. We don’t run advertising or cross-site tracking cookies on the core shortener or QR generator.

Necessary cookies

Our hosting and security infrastructure may use strictly necessary cookies to keep the site functioning correctly and to protect against abuse (for example, distinguishing legitimate traffic during rate limiting). These aren’t used for advertising and can’t be disabled without affecting basic site function.

Preference storage (local storage, not cookies)

Two preferences are remembered on your device using browser local storage rather than cookies: your light/dark/system theme choice, and your selected language. Both stay on your device, contain no personal information, and aren’t used for tracking across sites or shared with us.

Analytics cookies

Lumara Links does not currently set analytics or tracking cookies. The dashboard at /analytics uses sample data, not live visitor tracking. If analytics cookies are introduced in a future release, this page will be updated first to describe them and, where required by law, we’ll ask for consent before setting them.

Managing preferences

You can clear local storage or cookies at any time through your browser settings. Doing so will simply reset your theme and language preferences back to your defaults.
